High Motivation for Success

Do you have discussed about motivation yet? Motivation is related to the psychology of person which leads person to the hard work and strong willing. It is pure psychology factor which makes people can do more than the other or work harder than usual. So, to become such a great person with high motivation what should we do? Becoming the right person with high motivation is not an easy way in start because the world is really full of the person who only able to think pessimism than optimism especially in the middle of uncertainty because of economic crisis like we are happening now. Try to become different person will lead us to the glory of successful thing. Different in this case doesn’t mean we should violate the law and break the rule because legality is still the basic of what we are doing to be different. What should we do? As start we need to think big, as big as we can reach because with high and big dream you will get the extra booster motivation to reach that. Do not choose only ordinary target because it is easily reached and when it has been reached you will confuse what you will do then. As my former president said, hang your dream as high as the star so if it missed you still can caught the moon.
